I just had the most horrible service at this store. They completely ruined my late husband's wedding ring. I took it in there on October 20th to have it resized. It had to be returned several times. First it didn't fit even though it was measured properly, seconded they changed the look of it, thirdly, there was a couple of large metal pieces sticking on the top of it and finally there are still rough spots and I am told there is nothing they can do. They did offer to redesign the ring which to me is not an option. I left the store in tears and won't go there again. I will also tell as many people as possible of this horrible service.
