I'm very disappointed with Scarpini [shoe store] - Oshawa location. I went to return boots I had just purchased the day before to find that they do not offer a full refund, only store credit. This should have been made clear to me by the sales associate and not rely on a customer reading a sign on the wall - my mistake but in this day and age, what's the reason not to allow your customers a choice? I was also told that other show stores in the mall have the same policy..... so I went around and asked.... Little Burgandy, full refund....ALDO, full refund....so I ask Scarpini, why don't you offer customers a full refund??? I will be speaking with the manager of the store regarding this policy and hope to have a better outcome but for now I'm not impressed, I'll be doing my future shopping at stores which still value a customers right to 'return' ......
