I had an absolutely dreadful experience with MULU Jewelry Store. Not only did they completely botch the design of my engagement ring, but their customer service was atrocious. The staff showed no interest in resolving the issue and seemed utterly indifferent to my concerns. To make matters worse, the manager's attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. I would strongly advise against ever setting foot in this store.

I was really pressured into buying something from someone I found out later was the manger. the manger said I bought real authentic sapphires. Found out they were lab created. Brought them back to exchange and the lady wouldn’t even help me I had to stand there while 3 customers went before me who got there after me. Terrible terrible products as well poorly made.

I love my ruby stones that I got for my wife’s birthday. The worker there had helped me choose an amazing ring for her that she would love and they did so! If I need another piece of jewelry, i’ll definitely be back!

Love the jewellry..purchased two rings for gifts however took one in for resize told it would be two weeks..3 1/2 weeks later no call..relative stopped in and inquired and it was there ready to pick up! Not overly impressed with the sales person's knowledge or service
