Received a personalized offer that states “FREE Prescription Sun Lenses with complete pair purchase”. Set up appointment picked out the $190 Oakley frames and was told.... OH....Polarized lenses are not included in this deal..... surprise surprise. Who does not get polarized lenses in a pair of sun glasses ?? The manages says a lot of people don’t. I personally don’t know anyone. So my $190 pair of frames and free lenses turned into $1,200 plus my discount that got me down to $900. Seriously. LensCrafters you should be ashamed of yourself with the misleading advertising and inflated pricing to support a so-called discount. There is always a hitch and fine print that changes the “Special Offer” I personally want to deal with retailers that are up front and don’t try to dupe customers just to get you in the door. I personally will never be be giving my business to LensCrafters again.
