I must say, that Co-vid has changed alot of procedures for us the consumer, wear a mask, follow this line, stay away from everyone. Yes, its frustrating and it is all for a reason which we sometimes forget because we are tired or in a hurry. But as I stood in the line at this LCBO I had some time to see that each cashier had to wipe everything down between each customer, and they had to ask the customer to move behind the plexiglass they have installed for health regulations. Then they sometimes had to remind the customer to stay behind the plexiglass as they moved to the end of the cash. This must be tiresome, over and over again. The lady at cash was very professional and polite had me through in no time, her name is Chloe. I asked her about the regiment she goes through everyday and she laughed and said, don't ask me to dust at home! We both laughed. Great attitude and I am sure there was a big smile under her mask.

I could clearly see the shelf was empty when I asked a clerk we walked over to the empty shelf so I could hear we're out of stock we have 2 loads sitting in the back and another coming in tonight - - why do they not flag an item as out of stock and pull a box or two for the shelf? Why couldn't the clerk just go to the back and bring out a case? Customer service has gone down hill all over . . i guess i just have to get use to it . . i wish I didn't.
