I was gifted leggings for Christmas. They didn’t fit. Couldn’t locate our receipt. Went into the store and was told to provide item #, date of purchase, method of purchase all to info justcozy com No response Poor service Poor quality Super disappointed

I almost didn't purchase an item @ Just Cozy due to the POOR service I received. The sales rep BS'ed me by telling me not to pick up and look at what I was going to buy due to covid. I asked her where a specific item was and she went over to it, threw her head back and let out a HUGE sigh. My husband also noticed her looking us up and down. I'm wondering if your store policy is to treat your customers like s***? I see Y the store is always empty.
