Came in to the fragrance department today 20 minutes before closing (i know i hate to be THAT person, but it would have been a quick perfume transaction. I knew exactly what I was going to purchase just needed someone to cash me out) We waited while two out of three staff members one blonde and old and the other a bit younger, both of whom did not approach us once even though made eye contact multiple times After waiting several minutes, I went to approach them to ask for help and before I ended my sentence the older blonde answered saying someone will come to you. I understand if you’re busy, I can wait however, what was the need for interrupting me and that too to tell me to wait while she could finish socializing with her colleague?? Please, she acted as if she had never seen a person of colour before in sweatpants and probably thought we were not serious buyers. Regardless, shitty staff considering it would have been a quick and easy purchase. Will not be returning.

Think that there are some of the rudest people working in the Bay gone are the days when you felt you were treated with respect now few are like that they really don't care thats after walking about the store to find someone or service that is open

The ladies bathroom are absolutely horrible and in great need of fixing up better yet renovated. I use to compliment how Sears Oshawa washrooms where always clean and would go down there for to use the facility I give The Bay less then 1 star for there washrooms

I like this Bay store except the bathrooms at this location are deplorable and are in much need of upgrading. I feel unappreciated as a customer having to use this bathroom.

I am shocked at the poor service we received today.. My sister and I had some clothing we wanted to pay for we went to the cashier closest to the main doors. She was on the phone so we waited while she continued her conversation. Aprox five minutes went by and it was very clear from the conversation she was not with a customer on the phone but a friend. At one point she said just a minute... Finally when there were 3 of us in line she told her friend hang on a sec and set the phone down a proceeded to tell us that the cloths we were purchasing could not be paid for tha her dept was separate from the bay... No apology for the wait she directed us with her pointing to the other cashier and picked the phone back up.. Very rude and needs some serious training on customer service.
