NICK IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT VISIT THE STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN YOUR DAY. LEAST INTERESTED AND LEAST COMPETENT STAFF. GOD SAVE THEM AND THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

Nick is a terrible sales associate. He is aggressive and confrontational. He is not interested in providing any level of customer service. He is rude and dismissive. I took my business to another store and will never return to the OC location. He has been named in several other negative reviews so I don't think anything will come of this however, I feel it necessary to warn other customers.
