My sister and I went in and the store was not very busy and we were welcomed by I would assume the supervisor at the time. We chose our clothes and there were 3 employees walking around the store, one at cash and the "supervisor". We were trying to pay for a couple items and there was one customer at the cashier already and we waited approximately 10 mins and as there was still no sight of paying I asked the "supervisor" if they could put someone else on cash. I am not sure how she worded it, but said the others were not available to help, then end... She then went and straightened out a hat on a rack about a quarter inch. At this point the people behind us left and we continued waiting. The line then had about 6 customers in it and when others started complaining (20 minutes later) finally another person came on cash. I am not sure why the customer in front of us took so long, but I believe she had many returns and purchases or something, it was not the cashiers fault anyways. The customer directly behind us also works in the mall and says she would never do that in her store... The store is nice, the customer service is not!
