As a manager, I opened this location as a new store in the O.C. , in 1996 or thereabouts. Wonderful staff and wonderful classic designs that sustained Danier in the retail market. The retail market for all the obvious reasons stated by the media, has floundered severely. Incoming US companies with the money exchange makes a compelling struggle. Keep it simple! Customers want a quality product, great sense of importance upon entering the store and satisfaction making the purchase and a follow up system that does accommodate the promise of return. Sorry to see a great Canadian icon come to an end. Perhaps another leather dream is out there? Perhaps Jeffrey has had enough or maybe he is no longer involved? 30-
