Please please do not purchase from this store. I have never been humiliated in my life like what happened to me at this store. It was months of ordeal with the store manager. Lambda shouldn’t be in customer service. She plays smart tricks to get her way. I will never ever buy in that store nor any Coco shoes store. Never again! Pls don’t make the same mistake as I did.

I recently purchased a pair of Michael Kors shoes. I was misled by the sales associate to believe that I could take them home to try them on with a sock to ensure a better fit. Unfortunately they didn’t. Coco Shoes will not provide me with a full refund. If Coco Shoes is going to promote a no refund policy, they should educate your customers prior to the purchase.
