The manager is very rude and ineffective.She is useless and not helpful in dealing her customer problem.When she can’t handle it,she just left without any word.No star for her.

The manager is very rude and no respect to her customer.I am satisfied with the service of her staff Nicole and Beth but the manager is 101% rude.My daughter lost her earrings and Nicole said that they will replace it for free but when I took back my daughter to the store,the manager was there,she said that she need one part of the earring but I said that I don’t have it.I told her that they don’t told me that.And she just left us there.Very RUDE
