I needed my hair coloured at the last minute and my usual hair salon couldn't fit me in. Chatters was able to fit me in at the last minute so I booked an appointment. The colour turned out fine and the service was good but I was shocked when checking out. It was charged $40 over what I'm usually charged at my usual high-end salon in downtown Whitby. I won't be returning or recommending Chatters, it's overpriced for what you get.
