Accused by salesperson of using Motorolo headset when I tried to return the product | by Pat Marshall on Jun 18, 2018
I just experienced a very upsetting experience. I bought a Motorola Bluetooth headset a couple of weeks ago for a total of $50. 86. I realized the product was not going to work for me and sought to return it to the store. I attempted to charge the product after purchasing but decided this is not going to work and DID NOT USE IT AT ALL. I explained the situation to the store clerk and he immediately started to accuse me of using the headset because it was dirty. Apart from trying on the headset once to test the comfort, I HAVE NOT USED THE PRODUCT. Needless to say, I am extremely offended by this. I do not use products and return them to stores. He did point out that exchange was to be done within 7 days. I missed this on the receipt. He suggested that I get a phone case but I have no interest in that. So bottom line I have spent approximately $51 dollars at the store and I am stuck with a useless product for my purposes and have lost my money as well after being subject to the store clerk's insult. This customer service leaves much to be desired. If this headset was in fact dirty as he is suggesting, then he sold me a used and dirty product ! Perhaps that is it. I removed the headset from its container, tried it on, decided it would not be fit for the purpose and placed it in the box to return it at a later date. I am totally upset and I will not be buying anything else at this place. Totally offended. Pat Marshall
