Too many trinket stores and certainly not enough for people over 50 yrs. Old. Also not a mall for seniors. Should be a walk through for such a large mall.

Bought a ring....wasn't sure....went back and got an exchange...no problem at all..staff was friendly..Merry Xmas Charm Staff!

I got my grand-daughter a mall gift card and she purchased from H & M store ended up using the whole gift card so she discarded it. Took item back to the store and they said they could not refund her money unless she had the Oshawa card. She explained she used it all and discarded it, but she has other Oshawa cards. They told her it had to be the card she used and that she should never discard them as they could be topped up. They told her she could find something else in the store. There was nothing she liked in the store, their gain. Was anyone else made aware of how these cards work, as nobody explained to me.

No refunds only exchange. You won't know that until after the sale. The only place they post this info is on your receipt which means by the time you no about their no refund policy its too late !
