My last two visits to pick up prescriptions, the same lady served me and her customer service skills are awful. She argued with me about the kind of medication I was taking (I take a slow release and an instant release of the same med, and I wanted to make sure it was the correct one), she knew exactly what I was referring to and yet refused to stop arguing with me making it difficult to come to a conclusion about which med I was referring to. The second visit she used the longer medical name for my med (which is not the common name) and I told her that I didn't know what that medication was and she gave me attitude for not knowing that it's the same medication. Furthermore, she questioned me about it, forcing me to share the medications I am taking, with a line of people behind me and I had to speak up due to the mask I was wearing and the plexiglass barrier, making me disclose personal information in from of complete strangers. Any opportunity she had to be sensitive, helpful, kind, and appropriate she chose to do the exact opposite. I will be leaving this pharmacy immediately.
