Very disappointed. Mermaid pools came highly recommended. I purchased a beautiful 21 foot round above ground pool from the Orlean’s location in May 2020. Sales agent Adrian was terrific. However, the after sale service has been terrible. On delivery, my PVC fence was damaged by mermaid delivery contractor and mermaid would not address the issue. Mermaid wants me to settle the issue with their contractor even though my contract is with Mermaid not here contractor. In other words, Mermaid will address my issue with my PVC fencing. In addition, my heat pump was leaking water the day after it was installed and is still leaking (everyday). Mermaid does not want to address my heat pump issue until I pay the $1,000 installation fee. I don’t feel that it is fair that I pay the outstanding balance until the issues are addressed. Hope this actual review helps anyone purchasing a pool anywhere.
