Bought a washer and dryer. After 2 weeks the washer has been out of service twice. Getting no where with LG and The Brick in Orillia has been less then helpful. Refuse to help in any way, putting all blame on manufacturer, which is understandable but they say they stand behind their products, they do NOT!

We have had nothing but great service, customer care and amazing products from The Brick Orillia. We have furnished Three model Homes along with an appliance delivery for the Fourth. The owner Ron goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. We would recommend The Brick Orillia to anyone.

We were very pleased to deal with Kathy at the store. She made sure of every little detail between our choices, and made arrangements for the delivery. BUT THEN, the 2 delivery people were superb! Very polite, very willing, always smiling, nothing was too much trouble. They really made our day!! Talk about "ambassadors" for the Brick!!
