They sell me a battery that they will not refund or give me any credit worth towards, it even tho ive never used the battery or even taken the cover off. I was never told about no refunds and is well within the 90 days regular in store return time basically have been told they "can't do any more for me" like they did anything for me in the first place just took my money rip off establishment probably never shop there agan.

Since the new owner has brought his big city mentality to this store, it has gone so far downhill that I would rather drive to Barrie Canadian Tire to do my shopping then go to the one that is 5 minutes from my house!!! The store might be good for household items, but anything to do with automotive (on which Canadian Tire was built) has gone completely South even right to their managers, they do not care about their customers, all they care about

Really amazing store! Everything is extremely well organized and easy to find. Well stocked and great choice in the household, camping, party city etc. Creative displays and a fun place to shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for all your hard work! We’ll be back for sure.

Suggestion: either have meet and greet staff at the door just like home hardware has, or have an in store location finder. We walked through the store for 1/2 hour but did not find what we were looking for; we asked some staff but they did not know or gave us the wrong direction. A bit of money could be spent there to have each employee on the floor have a little gadget called a direction finder therefore making the shopping experience pleasanter

I've required the services of the white haired gentleman at the auto parts counter at least 2 or 3 different times now. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and down to earth. What a great man working at this Canadian Tire store in Orillia. As a female, I sure appreciate his expertise and kindness!!!!

Shopped at the store and was a bit crowded with merchandise but managed to find what I was looking for even with all the quarantine going on. Looking forward to seeing the new store up and running.?? Hope it will be soon.?

Thanks Canadian Tire Orillia for the giant waste of my time today. I made a 9am appointment 2 days ago and at 11:40 am, the vehicle is sitting in the parking lot completely untouched and unlooked at. Thanks also for your staff who couldn't care less about it. Buyer beware. Stay away from this shop.
