The gentleman named Alex was very informative. Had a great wealth of knowledge of all products that I inquired about. The guy is very educated and has had an understanding that is unparallel. Other reps in others stores (same or other) do not possess in detailed analysis and information that i was provided. It was a pleasant surprise and very refreshing to have an educated conversation with a rep that goes out of his way to provide upscale service and general care for his craft. Well done. Will return
