My experience from buying glasses from this store has been 11month of a nightmare. They were unable to provide lenses that fit my frames I picked out that is compatible with the frames I picked. They have no idea what they are doing and expect you to flip the cost of glasses you already paid for. Go to an optometrist (which doesn’t have the same retail mark up and who will support you through complications with you eyewear.

Found Eyeconcept on Instagram and I will surprised by the amount of inventory in that store. Great selection, all current models! Wayne was great with helping me customize my own Cartier sunglasses. Will definitely be back for another pair.

My husband and I went to oakville place last week and happened to notice this nee store called Eye Concept. The Staff especially A.J. was very knowledgeable and accommodating with all our inquiries. He gave us time to explore their sun glasses until I found my first Maui Jim. AJ knows their products very well and explained to me why Maui Jim's worth the price. I picked up my glasses yesterday and was so thrilled to find another pair of sunglasses to come with it. The experience was amazing for me because of their huge variety of brands, not to mention their store discount!
