We had the worst experience with the Santa photos. Appointment booked for certain time with many other families, waited 40 min. The photographer and greeting lady were super nice. The customer service manages Jass was the rudest person I have ever met. Zero customer service and problem solving skills, which makes me question what qualifications he had to get his job. Would not recommend to anyone.
