I was extremely disappointed with this store and it's employees. From the moment my sister and I (with our 3 kids) walked into the store, we were treated with rudeness. We walked in and happened to beep. Daniel rushed over and rudely stared us down and did not acknowledge us. I even took initiative and asked him if everything is alright and he ignored me and proceeded to follow me to the stroller section. At this point he told his coworker to "stay on top of us". This was done completely rudely and obviously so I asked him again if there was a problem. My sister and I were mortified, humiliated, upset and made to feel like criminals from the second we walked in. We left the store immediately and went back to West Coast Kids, even though it is significantly out of our way. We had hoped to make our large purchases at Buy Buy Baby, but after this experience we will never go back or recommend them.
