I want to thank Cassandra, Tristan and Kaiden for their great service! (September,9,2018) I had researched some jeans for a present for my grandson online and reserved them for pick-up. I had called the store first and Tristan was most helpful in locating the jeans I was looking for and put them on hold for me. I ended up calling the store back concerned they were the right ones and spoke with Cassandra the manager who re-assured me these were the jeans I had researched on line and they we were being held for me. Upon entering the store I was greeted by both Kaiden and Cassandra in very pleasant manner. I didn't get to meet Tristan as she wasn't there. Cassandra also showed me t-shirts which were on sale and I ended up buying one to go with the jeans. All three of the above mentioned employees were friendly, helpful and efficient--- which made my shopping experience at AEO a great one!!! Thank you so much, Sharon Michener (Erin Mills)
