I like this store a lot and have always been satisfied. However, almost two years ago, I bought nineteen square storage containers. They have a flip lid and seal very well. Within a few weeks, the flips on the lids started to break rendering the lids useless as without the flip, the lids fall into the container. About half of them are still fine, but today another lids snapped in my hand. I mentioned this problem in an email a few months ago and got to reply. Then I reported it to one of the staff at the Riocan Centre on Burloak and was told that since it has been so long since I bought them, nothing can be done. This is disgusting! They were not cheap, but the materials are obviously inferior. I had bought these because they stack so well, fit beautifully in my cupboards, and I assumed that I would not have to replace them. I will not be shopping at Kitchen Stuff Plus in future.
