The management here is absolutely so rude! My daughter left her sweater behind, I called and confirmed they would hold it for her. I showed up 4 days later to pick it up and they advised they threw out the lost and found. The manager basically continued to tell me I was wrong, that we didnt call or her staff did not communicate it to her. She then told me she was working that evening, calling me a liar about leaving the sweater and calling to have it put aside. It is not about the sweater, it was about the lack of empathy (my daughter there in tears) and lack of customer service. After shopping there very often, I will no longer go to this location.
