On Oct 1, 2022 we were early for Beertown and decided to visit the store. I noticed 2 shop assistants but only one at the counter talking to a customer. We waited in line for 10 mins while the discussion between assistant and customer related to all sort of things, continued. It dragged on about 10 mins while we were obviously not happy with it. We were ignored for another 10 mins until the customer left. It is unacceptable behaviour.
