Have been to Ramen Houzz in Oakville for almost 5x now because the food is good but today, we received the WORST service ever. We said we wanted a booth and the owner/server said begrudgingly “ahh. Sure if you really want to”. We asked for water which we were always voluntarily served in the past, and I was given a PLASTIC BOWL to drink from! Am I a PIG? When I complained , because I see their glasses on display, I was told that it’s COVID so everything has to be disposables BUT the bowls, chips sticks and spoon were not disposable. When I complained he said to me: “I told you we don’t have glasses but you didn’t listen!” What kind of service is this! CLOSE YOUR RESTAURANT DOWN IF YOU CANT be respectful!
