The last time they were administering covid shots the pharmacy decided to make life miserable for people who actually get their prescriptions there. I'm talking they don't pick up their phone or they do and hang up on you. Now again with Omicron NO CUSTOMER SERIVCE. PHONE JUST RINGS OFF THE HOOK. Take a lesson from the last time and install a separate line for people who are phoning for their prescriptions. If I could give no stars I would.
