Good customer service and never waited long nails always done good and they take their time doing it also

Not clean, messy, no greeter to keep customers organized as to who is next in line for service, customers all over the place, customers sitting in pedicure seats, with their boots resting on the pedicure foot stools waiting their turn, not very sanitary, estheticians too busy to acknowledge the next walk in customer. Decided not to wait - service sucks. Some customers behaved as if they were they only customers and all focus was on them ONLY. - what can be expected for walk-in only service. I rate this place zero stars because the lowest star rate is one star.
