After a little uncertainty, the suitcase bought as a Christmas gift was exchanged. The zipper on the original case broke.

I bought a suitcase from this store as a Christmas present. On the first use the zipper broke. The response I am getting from the store is "the suitcase is used, we do not replace used items. Not good customer service and will not get repeat business. So be aware, if you purchase anything and intend to use the item and it breaks they do not exchange. So far I was told the manager would deal with this, now apparently the owner is out of the countr
