Very poor customer service especially feom the manager/owner.

I walked into Cindy's fashion at around 5 something this evening, saw a nice blouse on a mannequin. Sister and I decided to go in and check it out, see what else they had. We walked around for 3 min or so, and the sales rep didn't even acknowledge us. Being the friendly person I am, I said hi and kept looking around. We walked the entire store and we didn't see the blue blouse we had originally gone in to check out, I decided to ask the sales lady where they had them, if they even had them as we did not see it. I was automatically told "we don't have big sizes only small"; as I felt very insulted I replied to her with a simple " YEAH , BUT WHERE ARE THEY". She pointed them out to me and kept minding her buissness as if we are not paying customers. How can you automatically reply with such rudeness as you don't know if I'm looking to get a gift or shopping for myself. We walked out of the store, and her reply still playing in my head. I walked back in, just to tell her she was f*****g rude, and she should answer the questions being asked. If she cannot, she shouldn't be working there. She was so insulted by what i said, she walked behind me shouting " i told you where the blousses were. So calm yourself". My reply to her "CALM your self. Like really. If i asked you for the size, then i'm sorry, I'm the one being rude. But you're the one judgeing, so f***k you, I'll go shop where people appreciate making a sale, and left the store". As we walked out, she stood at the entrance of the store and continued shouting, " i told you where to look, so "thank you, muchas gracias" as if talking to me in spanish will make a difference. What happened to the good customer service we once had??? I don't encourage people to shop here, customer service is HORRIBLE.
