I wish there was a way to bypass the stars ratings because these people don't deserve half of a star. they are really bad with customer service. I bought a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas and after the gift was opened it wasn't working and we took it back and was told that they couldn't do nothing about it. first of all the manager of the store is really rude talking over me when I tried to explain what the issue was and saying he doesn't think it is his store product when he was the same person who accompany to the area where the product was and took it from the shelf while recommending what product he thought was best. they are very bad when it comes to customer service, they keeping tagging items with their BSW return policy and when you try to return the item they change their mouth. don't waste your time or money with these people, their return policy has no honor to them.
