I bought a PS4 controller for 70 bucks and it was defective. The PS4 system told me that the controller may not be an official controller, so off the bat I knew the controller was a ripoff. I went back to the store and asked for a refund but he denied. I called for security & he then decides to give me store credit & 20 bucks back. Do NOT buy anything from that place. Avoid that store in Sheridan mall.

They are selling a dollar worth chinese made garbage products for at least a 50bucks, purchased defect earings when I returned back to the store very impolite and rude attitude without providing solutions very low quality people and staff, STAY AWAY FROM A.S.A ELECTRONICZ AT THE SHERIDAN MALL TO AVOID CUSTOMER DISSATIFACTION

I bought a controlley battaries ..end up being bad with in two days ....paid in full for it ..he was very rude and refused to exchange it for me ...after i called security he a greed to exchange only ..be very careful he's a thief..never buy from him..

Should have known better when they told me two black 360 controllers in zip lock bags were brand new. I bought a white one in what looked like new packaging after I checked the price in the Walmart across from them. It was the same price so I thought I would purchase from the independent small business man instead. Once I opened it was obvious it had been re packaged . Plastic was ripped and stained inside and had a different serial # on the controller than the box. I hope they read this and see they are fooling no one. Don't shop there period.

I recently purchased a Bluetooth from the store basicly the guy said it's does everything. Talk and play music.when we got home. I found out it does not and no accessories. I went back the same day. Asked for a refund the guy no refund that is our policy. He never explained the store policy. I call security in. Then the guy told me I will give another Bluetooth with a 35 dollars refund. I took it no choice I was not get my 95 dollars back.BE CAREFUL
