My first experience with this store was with one of the managers on a buy and sell site. she went on for days about a women trying to sell her puppys online. her and her boyfriend bashing and harassing this disabled women and making threats. she advertises she is a manager at roots. she was doing this during business hours, as other people reading the hostile comments called the store asked and comfirmed it was her at work. When her general manager was confronted about it, she blew it off stating she is her own person free to do what she wants when she wants and it has no reflections on roots canada. Since this episode my wife and I have found better quality clothing in American Eagle at much better prices.
