It's very unfortunate that call it spring had to close its doors permanently.. My husband and I found their sales associates to be very pleasant in comparison to other stores in the mall which motivated us to keep coming back. The merchandise was always up to date and great quality..and completely cruelty free!... it's really too bad that it closed...

My son just finished purchasing a suit for graduation and needed shoes. We went into Call it Spring in North Bay. Two girls were working. Completely ignored us and talked to each other. One went into the back. We chose a shoe but needed a different size. The girl refused to look at us. So I told my son to go to the counter and ask for help. She still ignored us. Two female customers walked in and she immediately came out from behind the counter and greeted them and explained the sale. Then told them if they needed help to let her know. She then went back behind the counter and still ignored the fact that my son required service. We left and went to another store. My son was quite upset about it and says he refuses to ever go in there again. Very poor customer service at the North Bay location.
