Totally disappointed in my experience today. The sales person had no knowledge of any of the Black Friday bundles. He had to add up 75 plus 25 using a pen and paper! Told us we could get no deals as we were customers already. Came home to find out for 5 dollars more a month I could get what I wanted. Bought new phone at the Virgin Booth, where the sales people were friendly and knew what they were doing.
