I walked into the store with a face shield and was told that I had to wear a mask. I explained that I had a medical exemption & was told that “technically medical exemptions don’t exist” which they absolutely do. I took the mask they provided me and wore it because I didn’t want to cause a scene but I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received. Will not be returning.

I bought an outfit from Tommy Hilfiger today and was told there was no change room available. Since I don't live in the area, I had to purchase it, leave the store and try it on in the dirty public washroom! That is DISGUSTING!!!! Then I had to return it because it didn't fit! Can someone tell me how that makes any sense?? So they would rather have their clothes leave the store, then just having them tried on there?? I realize it is due to covid, but every other store allows it! Not happy!!
