I had the opportunity to visit Penningtons in Walmart centre Niagara Falls. I asked for assistance and the clerk said she would be right with me.she the proceeded to do other things in the store and completely ignored me, I left the store and went into Reitmans next door, I was greeted on entering and asked if I needed assistance. The clerk assisted me and got me serveral items to try on. She was pleasant and polite and therefore I left with what I was looking for and I will be returning tomorrow, I will definitely be a repeat customer of that store.
