World gym is a good gym, but the manager at the Niagara Falls location needs to be fired. She is rude and ignorant. I have gone in on many occasions and seen the way she talks to the customers, I had to discuss a matter with her. Well I tried to ask her what was going on because I signed my cousin up in my name. Well she cancelled in the first 10 days which is suppose to guarantee a refund. This happened back in the end of January and when I would call the manager would be rude and hang up on me, or just tell me we will let you know. Absolutely unprofessional for a manager. Then they just tried to take my membership money out of my account without a courtesy message or anything. They have the nerve to say your overdue balance, so they are okay for getting their money but don’t like returning other people’s money. There is way better gyms out there that deserve our money. This gym is ridiculous. Please fire the manager.
