I will never return or recommend Newmarket Vac Works ever to anyone!! My husband went there today to get a central hose unplugged and also purchased a new hose with attachments. He paid almost $400.00 by debit. When he got home we unpacked it and the attachments did not fit under the couch. We packed it up and returned it within a two hour period (thats including travel time from Bradford) Only thing is after giving him a hard time the owner decided to take it back but with a 10% restocking fee ! The hose had been out of the store for a max of two hours! That is insane!! I do not feel empathy when these small businesses go out of business because they are crooks and a rip off not to mention NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I hope that made his day. For I will never give him any business.
