I had a situation where the documents I dropped off for contactless review, went missing. The man reviewing my file contacted me and assured me he and the team were doing everything to find them and I did receive at least 2 calls to update me on their search. The gentlemen reviewing did call 24hrs later to say they had been located and how he was going to make it right. I was very impressed with the service levels and follow up and felt very valued as a customer!
