My wife and I visited the Chesterfield shop in Newmarket on March 13/21 as we were in the marked for a new sofa/sectional for our condo. We were greeted by Karen Twinney who carefully listened to our needs and preferances. She took the time to show us many options available at the store combined with many different coverings. A major purchase such as this can be very confusing; however, Karen took the time to evaluate our needs. We found her very knowledgable about the product line and very patient while we made up our minds. In the end, we did purchase a blue leather sectional. The purchase and financing arragements were carefully explained and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
