I'm glad to see many others sharing my opinion on here.. I was hoping it wasn't only me. DO NOT SHOP HERE- unless you want to be completely disrespected by the vile sales lady. She closely (legitimately 2-3ft) followed us around the whole store and then decided to tell us we were looking through the racks "too aggressively". We are frequent Zoe's shoppers at the Promenade location, and this was so disrespectful. Will never be going back here.

I was looking for a nice outfit for a meeting I had, and came home with an outfit that was 25% off. I felt pressured, but thought I will try it on when I get home as I can always bring it back. Today I tried, but was told no, I should have read the sales receipt. I replied that it was within the 7 days and she said no return on sales items. When I asked why I was not told when I purchased she responded, you didn't ask. Extremely rude!

Never in my life of 75 years have I met such a rude salesperson. She actually asked me to leave the store which I did in complete exasperation. Hopefully that blond overweight rude salesperson owns the store as no living soul would have that attitude in retail and survive. I will never darken her threshold again.

Went in to browse December 31st to see what was on sale. Signs posted 50% off. As I made my way to the back of the store I wanted to leave because the Blonde Haired Heavy Lady was coughing and hacking. In my opinion she should have stayed home. Nevertheless I continued looking at the clothes. We I got to the back of the store (I’m the only person in the store) she yelled at me “WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR!” I couldn’t believe what I heard I yelled back “I’m just looking.” She then proceeded to yell back at me “JUST LOOKING.” I proceeded to walk straight out the store without making eye contact in the event I turned to stone! Lol This women is in desperate need of customer service training. No wonder I never see anyone in this store when I walk by. The store is also still overpriced at 50% off! This store gets a “0” This store should be forced to close.....it’s taking up valuable real estate and should be replaced!!!!

My friend & I went to this store, and as we take a look for a dress I want to wear for my niece wedding, I was hesitant to buy a dress because of that RUDE ATTITUDE OF THAT BLONDE FAT LADY. She said, "there are other store there that you can take a look..." She said more nasty words, but we just ignored it, although it felt like her rude words on us, it's like she's telling us, "if you ladies are not buying anything, better get out... Whoever is the Manager or Owner of this store, better do something on your RUDE BLONDE FAT SALES LADY, because she's NO GOOD & giving bad reputation of the store. OR better yet, she should attend good Customer Service relationship. I'm not surprise if your store closed, sorry! Thank you

I work Mondays and Fridays in Aurora so I stop by the Upper Canada Mall and visit the stores that carries my style of clothing and Zoe's fashion is one. I went in on Monday and browsed through and sometimes i buy or have an eye on something to buy at a later date. I was trying to enter the store on Friday and was still at the entrance to the store when the employee who works in the morning rudely said there was nothing new since the last time I came to the store. HOW RUDE to stop a customer coming into the store. They have high riced clothing and instead of being appreciative she was very unprofessional. You do not see many people going into that store often and find no one except the sales person. Now I know why. I went there yesterday a week later and there was another employee who was nice so I bought the $160 top I liked. I would never go there again in the morning hours. I saw her today and told her I would meet the owner at the promenade mall to let her know how rude she was to me and there she was more rude than ever telling me to go tell. The value of this store goes down with such emplyees

I want to thank the sales associates for helping me to chose my Spring wardrobe. I hate shopping but I love when I come in to the store and get a professional and knowlageble sales reps. Got everything I need all in one store. My biggest surprise was when I found that perfect evening dress to wear for my daughters wedding.

If There is a zero star option. I would definitely rate zero star for this place. OVERPRICED Cheap clothing, shitty customer service, the old lady who works here has the worst attitude ever. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. And sincerely hope business like this will be closing soon.

Sales lady was extremely rude! The store is not welcoming at all. I am not surprised that the store is empty. I will never go in that store again as long as that lady is working.
