The customer service here was the worst I've ever experienced. First of all, the checkout line in the women's section was super long and they only had 2 employees checking people out. Then they opened up the cash in the men's section, where two more employees worked but they had two separate lines for the men's section, which was very inefficient because if someone at the cash got stuck, everyone in line for that cash had to wait for the manager to arrive and move things along, while people who came much later and stood in the other cash line went ahead. The cash line set up was extremely stupid and the employees couldn't care less that people were waiting there for over 25 minutes, while they took their sweet ass time. I suggest that next time, you only have one line for the two cashes so it's more fair and the one line moves along more quickly. So basically fix your dumb ass system so a customer like me doesn't have to wait in line for 25 minutes for a freaking jacket. Also, an insincere apology from the employees doesn't make me feel any better and doesn't solve the problem when I've watched them take their time checking people out for the past 25 minutes.
