My family and I have been enjoying excellent service and care at X-press watch for many years. I appreciate the many patient reminder phone calls fo my completed repairs, which are always well done and affordable. I enjoy the wide range of classy styles of jewelry and I also enjoy the reasonable, competitive pricepoints for jewels and repairs. The staff is consistently warm and helpful to my children and to me.

Horrible experience. I brought in 3 watches to have batteries replaced. I was told initially that the cost averaged $8 to $15 depending on the battery. I also needed a tiny screw at the back of one of the watches, holding the case together (in the past, in similar circumstances, other shop would give me a screw for free, here they charged me $10). They ended up charging me $18 for each battery + $10 for the screw. I brought my watches in at 2 PM,

XpressMusic Watch & Jewelry repair is a very corrupt A week ago I went there for a batery change for my watch, they fully charged me, by the time I went home it stopped working I went back the said there is nothing they can do, even though the receipt says it is guaranteed for 1 YEAR.

Very quick service they have a great watch maker there. All the stores I went to told me they had to send out my timepieces then a sales person from peoples sent me to X-Press and i'm glad they did. Great service, quick, friendly and very knowledgeable. they repaired 4 watches for me on the spot and even gave me a package deal.
