This toys r us store is usually pretty good. There are always some familiar faces which I like because these people at least know what is what. Ththat being said there is also always new faces which can be frustrating when they are not very helpful. Returns can be less than enjoyable and the lady who is now in customer service always seems stressed and less than impressed to be there the other lady was always fast, efficient and friendly. The store usually looks great and is clean! Keep up the good work newmarket
