I've had such a horrible experience at this salon. I asked for a junior stylist, as I found the place quite costly, they put me with a top stylist, who told me she would cut my hair as a junior stylist, and so I thought they would charge me the junior styist fee. Wrong!!, I 've on more than one occasion felt I've been ripped off, and they do it in sneaky ways just like this one incident, have not been back since. I don't recommend this place

This place is the absolute worst hair salon I have ever been to and they provide the worst customer service I have experienced. I got my hair done here and it fell out after an hour I went back to get it fixed and the stylist guaranteed that it would last until the following night. It fell out 3 hours later. I called the salon the next day to express how disappointed I was and they simply told me they don't guarantee that the hairstyle will last. When I told them my stylist had guaranteed it would last they said they would "talk to her" this does absolutely nothing for me. She also cut my hair I asked her to take off 1 inch she easily took off 3 and it is completely different lengths in different places. I've been working to grow my hair for 3 years and it was all ruined in 20 minutes.

I have come to Tonyc at Upper Canada Mall a couple times now to do my hair. I always ask Soula to be my stylist, as not only is she very qualified in her training, she knows and understands all different types of hair. I have very thin hair and she always knows what will look good and what colour with complement my skin tone. Furthermore, she listens to you and does exactly what you ask for.
