As a long time customer of Swarovski I am truly disappointed by the poor customer service at this location. I ordered a gift figurine for my aunt online and it came defective. The store would not exchange it or provide a refund. I phoned their head office and was told the store should provide a refund. They refused. I now need to spend money to ship it back and wait for a refund. The gift was for my aunt who is going through chemo and I wanted to ship it to her in time for the holidays. The store staff didn't care and just wanted me to leave. I have always loved buying jewelry and presents over the years and will no longer do so. While I can appreicate as a health carr worker Covid results in stricter return apologies it is not jewelry. It is defective. You had the item in stock to exchange or even to refund me. It was in your ability to provide good customer service ans you failed.
