I would suggest to avoid buying from Upper Canada Mall Subway restaurant as the cash register was rude and not responsive!!!

it seems most of Subway fast-food shops avoid to sell you when you have promotion offer - the same thing happen on Aug 20-2023 at Upper Canada Mall and the cash register lady told me they are out of bread while they were serving other customers who they did not have promo offers

Katrina was not only rude to call me over but she doesnt know the malls protocol!! I will be complaining to the malls administration office as well. Work on your customer service as well Katrina cuz you could have calmly asked me to wait since i wasn’t comfortable to stand next to your other customer and be served and by doing that you wouldnt have lost business for the business owners at this time. she needs more management skills!!!
